STUDIES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Amphitheatres and concert halls
Once the design stage is complete, the 20k team can begin a process during which it guides customers throughout the purchase of equipment and the execution of the work. 20k begins by drawing up all the technical specifications and a call for tenders document if required. The 20k team handles all communications with suppliers, prepares the shop drawings, ensures that the budget, schedule and warranties are respected and oversees all details pertaining to the project’s legal aspects, such as the standards and codes to be applied (building, electricity, rigging, etc.). Finally, the firm supervises all the work and provides training for employees who will be required to operate the system.
Events and tours
For tours and one-time events, the design stage is followed by the preparation of equipment, the schedule planning and the drawing up of plans that will optimize the installation and operating of equipment. 20k contacts its accredited suppliers and supervises the preparation of the equipment before it is delivered to the venue. The team subsequently programs the microprocessors and signal processors and then draws up the installation and rigging plans that are then sent on to the production team. Thanks to 20k’s work methodology, setbacks are avoided and the audio system functions optimally.
